Sounds good to me - however will it be paperwork heavy for small business and self employed individuals ?

In future, pay information must be provided to HMRC to verify calculated tax monthly, rather than once a year. This should ensure that employees and workers do not receive a large tax bill at the end of the tax period and, in future, enable the payment of certain benefits.”
